He shall not depart out of darkness; the flame shall dry up his branches, and by the breath of his mouth shall he go away.


He teareth himself in his anger: shall the earth be forsaken for thee? And shall the rock be removed out of his place?


that the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment?


How oft is the candle of the wicked put out! And how oft cometh their destruction upon them! God distributeth sorrows in his anger.


The light of the righteous rejoiceth: but the lamp of the wicked shall be put out.


Whoso curseth his father or his mother, his lamp shall be put out in obscure darkness.


A high look, and a proud heart, and the plowing of the wicked, is sin.
