then To´i sent Joram his son unto king David, to salute him, and to bless him, because he had fought against Hadade´zer, and smitten him: for Hadade´zer had wars with To´i. And Joram brought with him vessels of silver, and vessels of gold, and vessels of brass:


Jehu met with the brethren of Ahazi´ah king of Judah, and said, Who are ye? And they answered, We are the brethren of Ahazi´ah; and we go down to salute the children of the king and the children of the queen.


and began to salute him, Hail, King of the Jews!


Now when Festus was come into the province, after three days he ascended from Caesare´a to Jerusalem.


Then Festus, when he had conferred with the council, answered, Hast thou appealed unto Caesar? unto Caesar shalt thou go.


But Festus answered, that Paul should be kept at Caesare´a, and that he himself would depart shortly thither.


Then Agrip´pa said unto Paul, Thou art permitted to speak for thyself. Then Paul stretched forth the hand, and answered for himself:


But Philip was found at Azo´tus: and passing through he preached in all the cities, till he came to Caesare´a.


And it came to pass, that as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, behold, Samuel came; and Saul went out to meet him, that he might salute him.


But one of the young men told Ab´igail, Nabal's wife, saying, Behold, David sent messengers out of the wilderness to salute our master; and he railed on them.
