And Hiram king of Tyre sent his servants unto Solomon; for he had heard that they had anointed him king in the room of his father: for Hiram was ever a lover of David.


And Mesha king of Moab was a sheepmaster, and rendered unto the king of Israel a hundred thousand lambs, and a hundred thousand rams, with the wool.


And Jehosh´aphat waxed great exceedingly; and he built in Judah castles, and cities of store.


Therefore the Lord stablished the kingdom in his hand; and all Judah brought to Jehosh´aphat presents; and he had riches and honor in abundance.
