So concerning them Moses commanded Ele-a´zar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the chief fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel:
but if they will not pass over with you armed, they shall have possessions among you in the land of Canaan.
Them did Moses the servant of the Lord and the children of Israel smite: and Moses the servant of the Lord gave it for a possession unto the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manas´seh.
