Honor thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.


Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.


And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment; and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:


I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.


So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.


For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.


Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
