So I went, and hid it by Euphra´tes, as the Lord commanded me.


Then I went to Euphra´tes, and digged, and took the girdle from the place where I had hid it: and, behold, the girdle was marred, it was profitable for nothing.


Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament that was above the head of the cherubim there appeared over them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.


a day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.


And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.
