Genesis 49:21

And Rachel said, With great wrestlings have I wrestled with my sister, and I have prevailed: and she called his name Naph´tali.


And the sons of Naph´tali; Jah´zeel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shillem.


And they spake unto him, saying, If thou be kind to this people, and please them, and speak good words to them, they will be thy servants for ever.


Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love.


I charge you, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, by the roes, and by the hinds of the field, that ye stir not up, nor awake my love, till he please.


Yea, the hind also calved in the field, and forsook it, because there was no grass.


And of Naph´tali he said, O Naph´tali, satisfied with favor, and full with the blessing of the Lord, possess thou the west and the south.


And Barak called Zeb´ulun and Naph´tali to Kedesh; and he went up with ten thousand men at his feet: and Deborah went up with him.


And she sent and called Barak the son of Abin´o-am out of Kedesh–naph´tali, and said unto him, Hath not the Lord God of Israel commanded, saying, Go and draw toward mount Tabor, and take with thee ten thousand men of the children of Naph´tali and of the children of Zeb´ulun?


Zeb´ulun and Naph´tali were a people that jeoparded their lives unto the death in the high places of the field.
