And Le´ah said, Happy am I, for the daughters will call me blessed: and she called his name Asher.


and the sons of Zilpah, Le´ah's handmaid; Gad, and Asher. These are the sons of Jacob, which were born to him in Pa´dan–a´ram.


These are the sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Le´ah his daughter; and these she bare unto Jacob, even sixteen souls.


Out of Asher his bread shall be fat, and he shall yield royal dainties.


Dan, Joseph, and Benjamin, Naph´tali, Gad, and Asher.


Of Asher; Pag´i-el the son of Ocran.
