Yea, they opened their mouth wide against me, and said, Aha, aha, our eye has seen it.


Let them not say in their hearts, Ah, so would we have it: let them not say, We have swallowed him up.


Let them be desolate as a reward for their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha.


Let them be confounded and consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered with reproach and dishonor that seek my hurt.


My tongue also shall talk of your righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought unto shame, that seek my hurt.


And say unto the Ammonites, Hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus says the Lord GOD; Because you said, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity;


Son of man, because that Tyre has said against Jerusalem, Aha, she is broken that was the gates of the people: she is turned over unto me: I shall be replenished, now she is laid waste:


Thus says the Lord GOD; Because the enemy has said against you, Aha, even the ancient high places are ours in possession:
