My foot has held fast to his steps, his way have I kept, and not turned aside.


Many are my persecutors and my enemies; yet do I not turn from your testimonies.


You have rebuked the proud that are cursed, who do err from your commandments.


I have clung unto your testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame.


The proud have forged a lie against me: but I will keep your precepts with my whole heart.


Our heart is not turned back, neither have our steps declined from your way;


And said, Remember now, O LORD, I beseech you, how I have walked before you in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in your sight. And Hezekiah wept bitterly.


He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he has established justice in the earth: and the coastlands shall wait for his law.


O LORD, you have deceived me, and I was deceived: you are stronger than I, and have prevailed: I am in derision daily, everyone mocks me.


And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he is Christ, the chosen of God.
