The hands of the compassionate women have boiled their own children: they were their food in the destruction of the daughter of my people.


And he said, Behold, I will make you know what shall be in the latter end of the indignation: for at the time appointed the end shall be.


And said unto him, Do you hear what these say? And Jesus said unto them, Yea; have you never read, Out of the mouth of babes and infants you have perfected praise?


They said unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other tenants, who shall render him the fruits in their seasons.


And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.


And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that nurse a child in those days!

But those my enemies, who would not that I should reign over them, bring here, and slay them before me.


For the days shall come upon you, that your enemies shall cast a bank about you, and surround you, and hem you in on every side,


For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bore, and the breasts which never nursed.


I suppose therefore that this is good for the present distress, I say, that it is good for a man so to be.


Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins always: for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.


But to do good and to share forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.


Come now, you rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.


For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begins with us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
