From where should I have flesh to give unto all this people? for they weep unto me, saying, Give us flesh, that we may eat.


And his disciples said unto him, From where should we have so much bread in the wilderness, as to fill so great a multitude?


And they departed into a desert place by ship privately.


And the apostles, when they were returned, told him all that they had done. And he took them, and went aside privately into a desert place belonging to the city called Bethsaida.


The day following Jesus went forth into Galilee, and found Philip, and said unto him, Follow me.


Now Philip was of Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter.


Philip found Nathanael, and said unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.


And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip said unto him, Come and see.


Nathanael said unto him, Where do you know me? Jesus answered and said unto him, Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.


Say not, There are yet four months, and then comes harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.
