And Adoram was over the forced labor: and Jehoshaphat the son of Ahilud was recorder:


Then king Rehoboam sent Adoram, who was over the forced labor; and all Israel stoned him with stones, so that he died. Therefore king Rehoboam made haste to get himself up to his chariot, to flee to Jerusalem.


And Azariah the son of Nathan was over the officers: and Zabud the son of Nathan was priest, and the king’s friend:


And Solomon had twelve officers over all Israel, who provided food for the king and his household: each man his month in a year made provision.


And this is the reason of the levy which king Solomon raised; to build the house of the LORD, and his own house, and Millo, and the wall of Jerusalem, and Hazor, and Megiddo, and Gezer.


Then king Rehoboam sent Hadoram who was over the forced labor; and the children of Israel stoned him with stones, so that he died. But king Rehoboam made haste to get himself up into his chariot, to flee to Jerusalem.


But of their descendants, who were left after them in the land, whom the children of Israel consumed not, them did Solomon put to forced labor until this day.
