He has kept his promise of love and loyalty to the people of Israel. People everywhere have seen our God’s power to save.


“Jacob, remember these things! Israel, remember, you are my servant. I made you, and you are my servant. So, Israel, don’t forget me.


The Lord says, “You know that Ephraim is my dear son. I love that child. Yes, I often criticized Ephraim, but I still think about him. I love him very much, and I really do want to comfort him.
