I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake; and I will not remember your sins.
To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgiveness; for we have rebelled against him;
Who is a God like you, who pardons iniquity, and passes over the disobedience of the remnant of his heritage? He doesn't retain his anger forever, because he delights in loving kindness.

You have heard the blasphemy! What do you think?* They all condemned him to be worthy of death.
But there were some of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts,
Immediately Yeshua, perceiving in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, said to them, *Why do you reason these things in your hearts?
The scribes and the Perushim began to reason, saying, *Who is this that speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?*
Those who sat at the table with him began to say to themselves, *Who is this who even forgives sins?*
The Judeans answered him, *We don't stone you for a good work, but for blasphemy: because you, being a man, make yourself God.*
