Moshe spoke before the LORD, saying, *Behold, the children of Yisra'el haven't listened to me. How then shall Par`oh listen to me, who am of uncircumcised lips?*


Moshe said before the LORD, *Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Par`oh listen to me?*


To whom shall I speak and testify, that they may hear? behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they can't listen: behold, the word of the LORD is become to them a reproach; they have no delight in it.


In the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.


*When you have come into the land of Kena`an, which I give to you for a possession, and I put a spreading mildew in a house in the land of your possession,


The Kohen shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering before the LORD for his sin which he has committed: and the sin which he has committed shall be forgiven him.


But in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, for giving praise to the LORD.


*When a bull, or a sheep, or a goat, is born, then it shall remain seven days with its mother; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for the offering of an offering made by fire to the LORD.


You shall eat neither bread, nor roasted grain, nor fresh grain, until this same day, until you have brought the offering of your God. This is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.


*You stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, you always resist the Holy Spirit! As your fathers did, so you do.
