My strength is dried up like a potsherd. My tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. You have brought me into the dust of death.


They made his grave with the wicked, and with a rich man in his death; although he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.


For as Yonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the whale, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.


Now it was the Preparation Day of the Pesach, at about the sixth hour. He said to the Judeans, *Behold, your King!*


Therefore many of the Judeans read this title, for the place where Yeshua was crucified was near the city; and it was written in Hebrew, in Latin, and in Greek.


Therefore the Judeans, because it was the Preparation Day, so that the bodies wouldn't remain on the cross on the Shabbat (for that Shabbat was a special one), asked of Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.


Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden. In the garden was a new tomb in which no man had ever yet been laid.


When they had fulfilled all things that were written about him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a tomb.
