and came and lived in a city called Natzeret; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophets: *He will be called a Natzri.*
They set up over his head the accusation against him written, *THIS IS YESHUA, THE KING OF THE JEWS.*
The superscription of his accusation was written over him, *THE KING OF THE JEWS.*
An inscription was also written over him in letters of Greek, Latin, and Hebrew: *THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.*
Natan'el answered him, *Rabbi, you are the Son of God! You are King of Yisra'el!*
Pilate therefore entered again into the Praetorium, called Yeshua, and said to him, *Are you the King of the Jews?*
At this, Pilate was seeking to release him, but the Judeans cried out, saying, *If you release this man, you aren't Caesar's friend! Everyone who makes himself a king speaks against Caesar!*
Now it was the Preparation Day of the Pesach, at about the sixth hour. He said to the Judeans, *Behold, your King!*
The chief Kohanim of the Judeans therefore said to Pilate, *Don't write, 'The King of the Jews,' but, 'he said, I am King of the Jews.'*
They kept saying, *Hail, King of the Jews!* and they kept slapping him.
*I myself most certainly thought that I ought to do many things contrary to the name of Yeshua of Natzeret.
But Kefa said, *Silver and gold have I none, but what I have, that I give you. In the name of Yeshua the Messiah of Natzeret, get up and walk!*
