For you shall be in league with the stones of the field. The animals of the field shall be at peace with you.


They have sharpened their tongues like a serpent. Viper's poison is under their lips. Selah.


In the end, it bites like a snake, and poisons like a viper.


The cow and the bear will graze. Their young ones will lie down together. The lion will eat straw like the ox.


They will not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.


Don't rejoice, O Peleshet, all of you, because the rod that struck you is broken; for out of the serpent's root an adder will emerge, and his fruit will be a fiery flying serpent.


They hatch adders' eggs, and weave the spider's web: he who eats of their eggs dies; and that which is crushed breaks out into a viper.
