They went up out of Egypt, and came into the land of Kena`an, to Ya`akov their father.

And they went up out of Egypt, and came into the land of Canaan unto Jacob their father,

So they went up out of Egypt and came into the land of Canaan to Jacob their father,

So they left Egypt and returned to their father Jacob in the land of Canaan.

And they ascended out of Egypt, and they arrived in the land of Canaan, to their father Jacob.

They came to Ya`akov their father, to the land of Kena`an, and told him all that had happened to them, saying,

So he sent his brothers away, and they departed. He said to them, *See that you don't quarrel on the way.*

They told him, saying, *Yosef is still alive, and he is ruler over all the land of Egypt.* His heart fainted, for he didn't believe them.
