Kayin said to Hevel, his brother, *Let's go into the field.* It happened when they were in the field, that Kayin rose up against Hevel, his brother, and killed him.


When the mourning was past, David sent and took her home to his house, and she became his wife, and bore him a son. But the thing that David had done displeased the LORD.


Your handmaid had two sons, and they two strove together in the field, and there was none to part them, but the one struck the other, and killed him.


Moshe said to Aharon, *What did these people do to you, that you have brought a great sin on them?*


Again, if two lie together, then they have warmth; but how can one keep warm alone?


Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor.


Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; looking to yourself so that you also aren't tempted.
