God gives them security, and they rest in it. His eyes are on their ways.


He says in his heart, *God has forgotten. He hides his face. He will never see it.*


He chooses our inheritance for us, the glory of Ya`akov whom he loved. Selah.


God has gone up with a shout, The LORD with the sound of a shofar.


Ascribe strength to God! His excellency is over Yisra'el, his strength is in the skies.


He said, *The LORD has sworn: 'The LORD will have war with `Amalek from generation to generation.'*


The LORD of Armies revealed himself in my ears, *Surely this iniquity will not be forgiven you until you die,* says the Lord, the LORD of Armies.


I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake; and I will not remember your sins.


The sin of Yehudah is written with a pen of iron, [and] with the point of a diamond: it is engraved on the tablet of their heart, and on the horns of your altars;


and they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD; for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin will I remember no more.


The incense that you burned in the cities of Yehudah, and in the streets of Yerushalayim, you and your fathers, your kings and your princes, and the people of the land, didn't the LORD remember them, and didn't it come into his mind?


They don't consider in their hearts that I remember all their wickedness. Now their own deeds have engulfed them. They are before my face.


As for the sacrifices of my offerings, they sacrifice flesh and eat it; But the LORD doesn't accept them. Now he will remember their iniquity, and punish their sins. They will return to Egypt.
