*Go, and tell Chizkiyahu, 'Thus says the LORD, the God of David your father, *I have heard your prayer. I have seen your tears. Behold, I will add fifteen years to your life.


Then said he to me, Don't be afraid, Daniyel; for from the first day that you did set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard: and I am come for your words' sake.


At the beginning of your petitions the mitzvah went forth, and I am come to tell you; for you are greatly beloved: therefore consider the matter, and understand the vision.


He shall bring it to Aharon's sons the Kohanim; and he shall take his handful of its fine flour, and of its oil, with all its frankincense; and the Kohen shall burn the memorial of it on the altar, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor to the LORD.


The Kohen shall take from the meal offering its memorial, and shall burn it on the altar, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor to the LORD.


He shall bring it to the Kohen, and the Kohen shall take his handful of it as the memorial portion, and burn it on the altar, on the offerings of the LORD made by fire. It is a sin offering.


But the angel said to him, *Don't be afraid, Zekharyah, because your request has been heard, and your wife, Elisheva, will bear you a son, and you shall call his name Yochanan.


Cornelius said, *Four days ago, I was fasting until this hour, and at the ninth hour, I prayed in my house, and behold, a man stood before me in bright clothing,


Send therefore to Yafo, and summon Shim`on, who is surnamed Kefa. He lodges in the house of Shim`on a tanner, by the seaside. When he comes, he will speak to you.'


He, fastening his eyes on him, and being frightened, said, *What is it, Lord?* He said to him, *Your prayers and your gifts to the needy have gone up for a memorial before God.


But I have all things, and abound. I am filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things that came from you, a sweet-smelling fragrance, an acceptable and well-pleasing sacrifice to God.


For God is not unrighteous, so as to forget your work and the labor of love which you showed toward his name, in that you served the holy ones, and still do serve them.


Now when he had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the holy ones.
