In the fourteenth year Kedorla`omer came, and the kings who were with him, and struck the Refa'im in `Ashterot-Karnayim, and the Zuzim in Cham, and the Emim in Shaveh Kiryatayim,


The Pelishtim had war again with Yisra'el; and David went down, and his servants with him, and fought against the Pelishtim. David grew faint;


and Yishbi-Benov, who was of the sons of the Rafa, the weight of whose spear was three hundred [shekels] of brass in weight, he being girded with a new [sword], thought to have slain David.


Sibbekhai the Chushatite, Ilai the Achochi,


David did as God commanded him: and they struck the army of the Pelishtim from Giv`on even to Gezer.


The eighth [captain] for the eighth month was Sibbekhai the Chushatite, of the Zarchi: and in his division were twenty-four thousand.
