Do good to Zion in your good pleasure; build up the walls of Jerusalem;
For God will save Zion and build up the cities of Judah, and people shall dwell there and possess it;

This is the purpose that is purposed concerning the whole earth, and this is the hand that is stretched out over all the nations.
