So his fame spread throughout all Syria, and they brought him all the sick, those afflicted with various diseases and pains, those oppressed by demons, those having seizures, and paralytics, and he healed them.


And there was a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years,


And Jesus asked his father, “How long has this been happening to him?” And he said, “From childhood.


And ought not this woman, a daughter of Abraham whom Satan bound for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath day?”


One man was there who had been an invalid for thirty-eight years.


As he passed by, he saw a man blind from birth.


But how he now sees we do not know, nor do we know who opened his eyes. Ask him; he is of age. He will speak for himself.”


Now at Lystra there was a man sitting who could not use his feet. He was crippled from birth and had never walked.


And a man lame from birth was being carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple that is called the Beautiful Gate to ask alms of those entering the temple.


For the man on whom this sign of healing was performed was more than forty years old.


Now as Peter went here and there among them all, he came down also to the saints who lived at Lydda.


And Peter said to him, “Aeneas, Jesus Christ heals you; rise and make your bed.” And immediately he rose.
