Then Manoah asked the Angel of the Lord, “What is your name? We want to know so that we can honor you when what you have said really happens.”

And Manoah said unto the angel of the LORD, What is thy name, that when thy sayings come to pass we may do thee honour?

And Manoah said to the Angel of the Lord, What is your name, so that when your words come true, we may do you honor?

And Manoah said unto the angel of Jehovah, What is thy name, that, when thy words come to pass, we may do thee honor?

Manoah said to the LORD’s messenger, “What’s your name, so that we may honor you when your words come true?”

And he said to him, "What is your name, so that, if your word is fulfilled, we may honor you?"

And he said to him: What is thy name, that, if thy word shall come to pass, we may honour thee?

Then Jacob asked him, “Please tell me your name.”

So Jacob named that place Peniel. [192] Jacob said, “At this place, I saw God face to face, but my life was spared.”

The Angel of the Lord said, “Why do you ask my name? It is too amazing {for you to believe}. [106] ”
