O poor little one, tossed with tempest, without all comfort: behold, I will lay thy stones in order: and will lay thy foundations with sapphires,


The mountains saw thee, and were grieved: the great body of waters passed away. The deep put forth its voice: the deep lifted up its hands.


And when he entered into the boat, his disciples followed him:


And they came to him, and awaked him, saying: Lord, save us, we perish.


And when they were sailing, he slept; and there came down a storm of wind upon the lake, and they were filled, and were in danger.


And I am glad, for your sakes, that I was not there, that you may believe: but let us go to him.
