And there was a cloud overshadowing them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying: This is my most beloved son; hear ye him.


And all that heard, wondered; and at those things that were told them by the shepherds.


And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his speech was with power.


And there came fear upon all, and they talked among themselves, saying: What word is this, for with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they go out?


And so were also James and John the sons of Zebedee, who were Simon's partners. And Jesus saith to Simon: Fear not: from henceforth thou shalt catch men.


Which when Simon Peter saw, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying: Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord.
