Make me savoury meat thereof, as thou knowest I like, and bring it, that I may eat: and my soul may bless thee before I die.


He answered: They are my sons, whom God hath given me in this place. And he said: Bring them to me that I may bless them.


All these are the twelve tribes of Israel: these things their father spoke to them, and he blessed every one, with their proper blessings.


And stretching forth his hands to the people, he blessed them. And so the victims for sin, and the holocausts, and the peace offerings being finished, he came down.


And leaving them, he went out of the city into Bethania, and remained there.


And embracing them, and laying his hands upon them, he blessed them.


AND when they were drawing near to Jerusalem and to Bethania at the mount of Olives, he sendeth two of his disciples,


And it came to pass, whilst he blessed them, he departed from them, and was carried up to heaven.


Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mount that is called Olivet, which is nigh Jerusalem, within a sabbath day's journey.


And when he had said these things, while they looked on, he was raised up: and a cloud received him out of their sight.


I will therefore that men pray in every place, lifting up pure hands, without anger and contention.


And Josue blessed them, and sent them away: and they returned to their dwellings.
