She sits by the doorway of her house, on a seat at the highest point of the city,


‘Whoever is inexperienced, enter here! ’ To the one who lacks sense, she says,


Go then to where the roads exit the city and invite everyone you find to the banquet.”


Because of this, the wisdom of God   said, “I will send them prophets and apostles,   and some of them they will kill and persecute,”


At the time of the banquet, he sent his servant to tell those who were invited, “Come, because everything is now ready.”


‘I have spoken openly to the world,’ Jesus answered him. ‘I have always taught in the synagogue   and in the temple,   where all the Jews gather, and I haven’t spoken anything in secret.


On the last and most important day of the festival,  Jesus stood up and cried out, ‘If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me   , and drink.


And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: How beautiful   are the feet of those who bring good news.   ,
