You think mere words are strategy and strength for war. Who are you now relying on so that you have rebelled against me?
Without guidance, a people will fall, but with many counsellors there is deliverance.
Plans fail when there is no counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.
for you should wage war with sound guidance – victory comes with many counsellors.
