When Jesus heard about it, he withdrew from there by boat to a remote place to be alone. When the crowds heard this, they followed him on foot from the towns.
Since he had healed many, all who had diseases were pressing towards him to touch him.
and begged him earnestly, ‘My little daughter is dying. Come and lay your hands on her so that she can get well , and live.’
He was not able to do a miracle there, except that he laid his hands on a few ill people and healed them.
