Consequently, the king of Israel sent word to the place the man of God had told him about. The man of God repeatedly  warned the king, so the king would be on his guard.


For God speaks time and again, but a person may not notice it.


Even if I were in the right, I could not answer. I could only beg my Judge for mercy.


If one wanted to take   him to court, he could not answer God  once in a thousand times.


Now we know that whatever the law says,  it speaks to those who are subject to the law,  , so that every mouth may be shut and the whole world may become subject to God’s judgement.  ,
