the angel who has redeemed me from all harm   – may he bless these boys. And may they be called by my name and the names of my fathers Abraham and Isaac, and may they grow to be numerous within the land.


If I summoned him and he answered me, I do not believe he would pay attention to what I said.


‘See to it that you don’t despise one of these little ones,   because I tell you that in heaven their angels   continually view the face of my Father in heaven.   ,


Yet, when they heard that he was alive and had been seen by her, they did not believe it.


Later he appeared to the Eleven  themselves as they were reclining at the table. He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who saw him after he had risen.


About an hour later, another kept insisting, ‘This man was certainly with him, since he’s also a Galilean.’


But these words seemed like nonsense to them, and they did not believe  the women.


Peter, however, kept on knocking, and when they opened the door and saw him, they were amazed.


As he was saying these things in his defence, Festus exclaimed in a loud voice, ‘You’re out of your mind,  Paul! Too much study is driving you mad.’
