Amen I say to you, there are some among those standing here, who shall not taste death, until they see the Son of man arriving in his reign."


Amen I say to you, that I will no longer drink from this fruit of the vine, until that day when I will drink it new in the kingdom of God."


And after six days, Jesus took with him Peter, and James, and John; and he led them separately to a lofty mountain alone; and he was transfigured before them.


And he had received an answer from the Holy Spirit: that he would not see his own death before he had seen the Christ of the Lord.


For I say to you, that I will not drink from the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God arrives."


In my Father's house, there are many dwelling places. If there were not, I would have told you. For I go to prepare a place for you.


But I tell you the truth: it is expedient for you that I am going. For if I do not go, the Advocate will not come to you. But when I will have gone away, I will send him to you.


Therefore, they took up stones to cast at him. But Jesus hid himself, and he departed from the temple.


Yet we understand that Jesus, who was reduced to a little less than the Angels, was crowned with glory and honor because of his Passion and death, in order that, by the grace of God, he might taste death for all.
