Jehovah is thy keeper:\par\tab Jehovah is thy shade upon thy right hand.


Keep me as the apple of the eye;\par\tab Hide me under the shadow of thy wings,


His soul shall dwell at ease;\par\tab And his seed shall inherit the land.


For in the day of trouble he will keep me secretly in his pavilion:\par\tab In the covert of his tabernacle will he hide me;\par\tab He will lift me up upon a rock.


In the covert of thy presence wilt thou hide them from the plottings of man:\par\tab Thou wilt keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.


Thou art my hiding-place; thou wilt preserve me from trouble;\par\tab Thou wilt compass me about with songs of deliverance. {\i Selah


How precious is thy lovingkindness, O God!\par\tab And the children of men take refuge under the shadow of thy wings.

And the bramble said unto the trees, If in truth ye anoint me king over you, then come and take refuge in my shade; and if not, let fire come out of the bramble, and devour the cedars of Lebanon.
