God kept remembering that they were just flesh, just breath that passes and doesn’t come back.
And Jehovah said, My Spirit shall not strive with man for ever, for that he also is flesh: yet shall his days be a hundred and twenty years.
Remember, I beseech thee, that thou hast fashioned me as clay;\par\tab And wilt thou bring me into dust again?
