O daughter of Babylon, that art to be destroyed,\par\tab Happy shall he be, that rewardeth thee\par\tab As thou hast served us.


{\b A Psalm of David.}\par\par\tab Hear my prayer, O Jehovah; give ear to my supplications:\par\tab In thy faithfulness answer me, {\i and} in thy righteousness.


And in thy lovingkindness cut off mine enemies,\par\tab And destroy all them that afflict my soul;\par\tab For I am thy servant.


Teach me thy way, O Jehovah;\par\tab And lead me in a plain path,\par\tab Because of mine enemies.
