And Abraham prayed unto God: and God healed Abimelech, and his wife, and his maid-servants; and they bare children.


Turn back, and say to Hezekiah the prince of my people, Thus saith Jehovah, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee; on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of Jehovah.


Jehovah hath chastened me sore;\par\tab But he hath not given me over unto death.


{\b {\i A Psalm of} praise; of David.}\par\par\tab I will extol thee, my God, O King;\par\tab And I will bless thy name for ever and ever.


He healeth the broken in heart,\par\tab And bindeth up their wounds.


Judge me, O Jehovah my God, according to thy righteousness;\par\tab And let them not rejoice over me.


And as for me, thou upholdest me in mine integrity,\par\tab And settest me before thy face for ever.\par


Make me to hear joy and gladness,\par\tab That the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.


Have mercy upon me, O Jehovah; for I am withered away:\par\tab O Jehovah, heal me; for my bones are troubled.


But unto thee, O Jehovah, have I cried;\par\tab And in the morning shall my prayer come before thee.


and he said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of Jehovah thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his eyes, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases upon thee, which I have put upon the Egyptians: for I am Jehovah that healeth thee.
