And Kore the son of Imnah the Levite, the porter at the east {\i gate}, was over the freewill-offerings of God, to distribute the oblations of Jehovah, and the most holy things.


Blessed art thou, O Jehovah:\par\tab Teach me thy statutes.


The opening of thy words giveth light;\par\tab It giveth understanding unto the simple.


{\b TAV.}\par\par\tab Let my cry come near before thee, O Jehovah:\par\tab Give me understanding according to thy word.


I declared my ways, and thou answeredst me:\par\tab Teach me thy statutes.


And now shall my head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me;\par\tab And I will offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy;\par\tab I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto Jehovah.\par


Take with you words, and return unto Jehovah: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and accept that which is good: so will we render {\i as} bullocks {\i the offering of} our lips.


These ye shall offer unto Jehovah in your set feasts, besides your vows, and your freewill-offerings, for your burnt-offerings, and for your meal-offerings, and for your drink-offerings, and for your peace-offerings.


Through him then let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips which make confession to his name.
