From out of the populous city men groan,\par\tab And the soul of the wounded crieth out:\par\tab Yet God regardeth not the folly.\par
Who executeth justice for the oppressed;\par\tab Who giveth food to the hungry.\par\tab Jehovah looseth the prisoners;
Let the sighing of the prisoner come before thee:\par\tab According to the greatness of thy power preserve thou those that are appointed to death;
And Jehovah said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people that are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;
that made the world as a wilderness, and overthrew the cities thereof; that let not loose his prisoners to their home?
