and came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophets, that he should be called a Nazarene.\par


And the multitudes said, This is the prophet, Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee.\par


saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus thou Nazarene? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God.


And when he heard that it was Jesus the Nazarene, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.


And Peter had followed him afar off, even within, into the court of the high priest; and he was sitting with the officers, and warming himself in the light {\i of the fire}.


Now the servants and the officers were standing {\i there}, having made a fire of coals; for it was cold; and they were warming themselves: and Peter also was with them, standing and warming himself.\par


And Pilate wrote a title also, and put it on the cross. And there was written, JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS.


{\i even} Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed him with the Holy Spirit and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.
