But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father who is in heaven.\par

but he that denieth me in the presence of men shall be denied in the presence of the angels of God.


And a certain maid seeing him as he sat in the light {\i of the fire}, and looking stedfastly upon him, said, This man also was with him.

Now Simon Peter was standing and warming himself. They said therefore unto him, Art thou also {\i one} of his disciples? He denied, and said, I am not.

Repent ye therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, that so there may come seasons of refreshing from the presence of the Lord;


If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
