Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the publican; James the {\i son} of Alph\'e6us, and Thadd\'e6us;


and came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophets, that he should be called a Nazarene.\par


And why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right?


Now Philip was from Bethsaida, of the city of Andrew and Peter.


Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.


these therefore came to Philip, who was of Bethsaida of Galilee, and asked him, saying, Sir, we would see Jesus.


Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.


Come, see a man, who told me all things that {\i ever} I did: can this be the Christ?


Jesus therefore lifting up his eyes, and seeing that a great multitude cometh unto him, saith unto Philip, {\cf6 Whence are we to buy bread, that these may eat?}


Philip answered him, Two hundred shillings' worth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one may take a little.


They answered and said unto him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search, and see that out of Galilee ariseth no prophet.\par
