Why dost thou strive against him,\par\tab For that he giveth not account of any of his matters?
Shall he that cavilleth contend with the Almighty?\par\tab He that argueth with God, let him answer it.\par
For he is not a man, as I am, that I should answer him,\par\tab That we should come together in judgment.
As for man, his days are as grass;\par\tab As a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
Surely every man walketh in a vain show;\par\tab Surely they are disquieted in vain:\par\tab He heapeth up {\i riches}, and knoweth not who shall gather them.

Seeing there are many things that increase vanity, what is man the better?
