For what is the hope of the godless, though he get him gain,\par\tab When God taketh away his soul?


Will God hear his cry,\par\tab When trouble cometh upon him?


If I regard iniquity in my heart,\par\tab The Lord will not hear:


When he slew them, then they inquired after him;\par\tab And they returned and sought God earnestly.


But ye have set at nought all my counsel,\par\tab And would none of my reproof:


Then will they call upon me, but I will not answer;\par\tab They will seek me diligently, but they shall not find me:


And beginning from Moses and from all the prophets, he interpreted to them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.


We know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and do his will, him he heareth.


For ye know that even when he afterward desired to inherit the blessing, he was rejected; for he found no place for a change of mind {\i in his father}, though he sought it diligently with tears.\par
