The vision of Isaiah the son of Amoz, which he saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem, in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah.\par


as it is written in the book of the words of Isaiah the prophet,\par\tab {\b The voice of one crying in the wilderness,\par\tab Make ye ready the way of the Lord,\par\tab Make his paths straight.}


And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Isaiah. And he opened the book, and found the place where it was written,


And when they agreed not among themselves, they departed after that Paul had spoken one word, Well spake the Holy Spirit through Isaiah the prophet unto your fathers,


And he arose and went: and behold, a man of Ethiopia, a eunuch of great authority under Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, who was over all her treasure, who had come to Jerusalem to worship;


And the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot.


Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms {\i and} hymns {\i and} spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts unto God.


This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shalt meditate thereon day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
