Psalm 70

¹ {\b For the Chief Musician. {\i A Psalm} of David; to bring to remembrance.}\par\par\tab {\i Make haste}, O God, to deliver me;\par\tab Make haste to help me, O Jehovah.

² Let them be put to shame and confounded\par\tab That seek after my soul:\par\tab Let them be turned backward and brought to dishonor\par\tab That delight in my hurt.

³ Let them be turned back by reason of their shame\par\tab That say,\par\tab Aha, aha.

⁴ Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee;\par\tab And let such as love thy salvation say continually,\par\tab Let God be magnified.

⁵ But I am poor and needy;\par\tab Make haste unto me, O God:\par\tab Thou art my help and my deliverer;\par\tab O Jehovah, make no tarrying.\par
