The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.


There is none like God, O Jeshurun, who rides through the heavens to your help, majestic through the clouds.


He subdues the ancient gods, shatters the forces of old; he drove out the enemy before you and said, ‘Destroy!’


For he received honor and glory from God the Father when that voice was conveyed to him by the Majestic Glory, saying, “This is my Son, my Beloved, with whom I am well pleased.”


Then I heard what seemed to be the voice of a great multitude, like the sound of many waters and like the sound of mighty thunderpeals, crying out, “Hallelujah! For the Lord God the Almighty reigns.
